"At First Class American Credit Union we hired Steve to conduct training on using the Profiles Performance Indicator assessment. Our entire staff was given the assessment to help improve communication skills and understand the each individual has different communication styles/behaviors and how understanding each of these styles improves communication, people's ability to work together in a more cohesive manner, and with less conflict in the office. We spent one half day first understanding the different personality types, their strengths, and how it fits us, then we used exercises to show examples of how individuals process the same information differently and communicate it differently. Our entire staff rated the training session as excellent, and have all stated that they would participate again, or in another training of this type.
